William Fuller is a Partner with the firm and a member of the Trusts & Estates Group. He has practiced in this area for almost 20 years. Will’s practice covers all areas of estate planning and estate and trust administration, including, estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning; family succession planning; living trust formation and administration; irrevocable trust planning; charitable planning; life insurance planning; intra-family transactions; and court proceedings for issues relating to trusts and estates. Will represents multi-generational families, established individuals and younger entrepreneurs and professionals.
Just after law school, Will served as Law Clerk to the Judge Pierce Lively of the U.S. Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit. Prior to joining Lakin Spears, Will was a partner at Hanson Bridgett LLP, and at Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk and Rabkin, PC (now Arnold & Porter LLP). Prior to becoming a partner, Will was an Associate at Pillsbury Madison & Sutro, LLP (now Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, LLP).
