Anthony Villanueva
In his real estate practice, Mr. Villanueva represents individuals, developers, and investors in virtually all aspects of acquiring, owning, managing, leasing, and disposing of commercial and residential real estate. He prepares and negotiates real estate purchase and sale agreements, secured and unsecured real estate loan documents, loan opinion letters, construction contracts, architectural contracts, property management agreements, tenancy in common agreements, easements, licenses, CC&Rs, REAs, and a wide variety of other real estate related documents. Mr. Villanueva has extensive experience in reviewing and resolving real estate title matters. In addition to preparing and negotiating a wide range of commercial leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants, Mr. Villanueva advises both landlords and tenants on a variety of landlord-tenant issues. Mr. Villanueva is a licensed real estate broker. Mr. Villanueva’s business practice includes the formation and organization of business entities, providing on-going advice to businesses, documenting the internal actions of business entities, negotiating a wide variety of contracts on behalf of businesses, employees and contractors, and the representation of both sellers and buyers in the acquisition and sale of businesses. Mr. Villanueva is also active in his community. He currently
serves as the Treasurer of the Human Investment Project, a
non-profit organization providing low-income housing. He is also active in the Men of St. Matthew’s, a service
organization serving St. Matthew’s Parish and School in San Mateo,
California, is the Troop Committee Chair for Boy Scout Troop 42 of San Mateo, and is a member of the San Mateo Rotary Club. Mr. Villanueva has served in the past on the Board of Directors of the San Mateo
County Legal Aid Society and on the Board of Directors of the Hispanic
Chamber of Commerce of Silicon Valley. |
