Jennifer Wald

Jennifer Wald is a member of the Family Law Group and is certified as a specialist in family law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Her practice is devoted exclusively to family law with an emphasis on complex financial issues. She practices in both San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties.

Prior to joining LAKIN SPEARS in October 1992, Ms. Wald practiced at Heller, Ehrman, White & McAuliffe in San Francisco.

Ms. Wald has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America for 2010. She has been named a Northern California "Super Lawyer" every year since 2005.

Ms. Wald is the co-author of a chapter of the 2008 CEB book, "Family Law, Financial Discovery." She is also the co-author of the article “Equitable Apportionment of a Separate Property Business”, published by the California State Bar’s Family Law News. Ms. Wald also speaks at family law seminars.

Ms. Wald is a Palo Alto native and enjoys horseback riding in the Stanford foothills.
