Jennifer Wald

Jennifer Wald is a member of the Family Law Group and is certified as a specialist in family law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Her practice is devoted exclusively to family law with an emphasis on complex financial issues. She practices in both San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties.

Prior to joining LAKIN•SPEARS in October 1992, Ms. Wald practiced at Heller, Ehrman, White & McAuliffe in San Francisco.

Ms. Wald is the co-author of the article “Equitable Apportionment of a Separate Property Business”, published by the California State Bar’s Family Law News. She speaks at Family Law Seminars and is an active member of a State Bar regional subcommittee on family law legislation. She also serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the Santa Clara County Superior Court.

Ms. Wald is a Palo Alto native and enjoys horseback riding in the Stanford foothills.
