Michael MacDonald
Michael MacDonald
joined Lakin Spears in 2006 as a member of the
Business
and Real Estate Group and advises our clients on both real estate
and business transactional matters. Mr. MacDonald's areas of
practice include:
- Real Estate Purchase & Sales Transactions
- Real Estate Development
- Real Estate Financing
- Commercial Leasing (including Office, Industrial, R&D, and Retail Properties)
- Entity Formation (including Corporations, LLC, LLP, and Partnerships)
- Business Acquisitions and Sales
Mr. MacDonald works closely with individuals, developers, and investors throughout the process of acquiring, owning, managing, leasing, and disposing of commercial and residential real estate.
Mr. MacDonald is a native of the Bay Area. He attended Bellarmine College Preparatory and received degrees in Communications and Political Science, as well as his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University. At Santa Clara University's School of Law, he served as Comments Editor for the Santa Clara Law Review.
Mr. MacDonald was named a Northern California Rising Star for 2009 by Super Lawyers Magazine.
