Rebeccah B. Miller

Rebeccah B. Miller is a partner in the Trusts and Estates Group and specializes in estate and trust litigation, estate planning and the administration of decedent’s estates.

The State Bar of California has certified Ms. Miller as a specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law. She has a Martindale-Hubbell rating of AV and has been selected as a Northern California Super Lawyer (Estate Planning/Trusts) each year since 2004 by Law & Politics/San Francisco Magazine.

Ms. Miller prepares wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts (including charitable trusts, permanent trusts for minors, life insurance trusts, generation-skipping trusts and qualified residence trusts) and family limited partnerships or limited liability companies. She supervises the settlement of both trust and probate estates.
