Victoria Kaempf Ms. Kaempf’s practice covers all areas of estate planning and estate and trust administration, including, estate, gift and generation skipping transfer tax planning; family succession planning; gift planning; living trust formation and administration; irrevocable trust planning; charitable planning; life insurance planning; intra-family transactions; and court proceedings for issues relating to trusts and estates. Ms. Kaempf represents multi-generational families, established individuals and younger entrepreneurs and professionals. Prior to joining Lakin Spears, Ms. Kaempf was a Partner at Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk and Rabkin, PC, and a member of that firm’s Private Client Services Group. Before that, Ms. Kaempf was a Partner at Botto Law Group, LP, and an Associate at Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich, LLP (now DLA Piper, LLP), and Pillsbury Madison & Sutro, LLP (now Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, LLP).
